The Position
The WOW Specialist's mission is simple: create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. This is much more than clearing tables or cleaning the dining room.
You'll be the person who notices the little things, helps guests before they have to ask, and makes people feel genuinely cared for. If you love people, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in creating a welcoming environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a smile and genuine warmth
- Check in with guests during their visit and anticipate needs before they ask
- Resolve concerns quickly and celebrate special occasions
- Clear and sanitize tables promptly and maintain a spotless dining room, patio, and restrooms
- Restock napkins, sauces, drink stations, and supplies continuously
- Keep floors, windows, and high-visibility areas looking great
- Deliver food to guests in the dining room and off-site (apartment pools, offices, nearby locations)
- Assist with carry-out orders and maintain a call log of all to-go guests
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service flowing and guests happy

- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail — you notice the little things
- Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout a shift
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable, and ready to own your shift

Compensation & Perks
Competitive Hourly Pay
$12 – $15/hr based on experience
