BURGER LOVE is a fast casual concept built around one simple idea: great food and genuine hospitality. We serve fresh, customizable burgers on house-made brioche buns in a fast-paced environment, but what truly sets us apart is how we treat our guests and each other.

The Position
We are looking for Line Cooks / Grill Cooks who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and speed, but more importantly, understand that every plate impacts a guest's experience.
This is not a "stay in the back and just cook" role. Our kitchen operates as part of the guest experience, and we expect our cooks to carry the same level of hospitality as our front-of-house team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to exact standards (burgers, fries, prep items)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
- Work with urgency while maintaining quality and consistency
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth service
- Support front-of-house when needed to ensure great guest experiences
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
